Career Transition

Job Seekers who are contemplating a career transition can discuss with a Career Specialist the various avenues available through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and the One-Stop System. For eligible individuals, employment training is available at no cost in career fields that have a high growth rate and where there are ample job openings. Our customers receive personal employment counseling, and based on their interests and abilities; can be enrolled in any WIA – approved school. Upon graduation, you will receive follow up counseling and assistance with job placement.
